Our new, professionally decorated. air-conditioned 6bed 5.5 bath home sleeps up to 12 guests all in bedrooms. The home includes 3 master King bedrooms, a master Queen bedroom, all en-suite and two twin rooms which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. All four master bedrooms feature luxurious pillow top mattresses. All bedrooms have 20' cable tv, 1 twin has a playstation 2. The living accommodation consists of a family room, which comfortably seats 10, and has a 32' cable TV with DVD/VHS player. A huge family dining area that seats 8 at the table with 3 at a breakfast bar. There is also a formal living area that seats 10 and a formal dining table that seats 6. For your entertainment there is a garage conversion gamesroom which includes a pool table, air hockey table, foosball and electronic darts board. There is a heated lagoon 30' x 15' private pool and spa. A large covered lanai with dining table and chairs that seats 8. Disney 10, Universal/Seaworld 25, airport 30 mins drive

How to get to Orlando: Flights depart from all areas of the UK. For direct flights try BA or Virgin. If flying direct is not a priority North West are a great option. We use Trailfinders to get the best deals 01159487700 and ask for Simon Clifford. We recommend you book and pay for an all inclusive car hire package before leaving the UK. There are all the major car hire companies on site at Orlando International airport. The house is only 30 minutes easy drive from the airport.

About Orlando : Orlando has some of the best all year round weather you could hope for. Whether you want to visit the theme parks or have a relaxing pool holiday. February and March or September through November are some of the loveliest times to go. The weather is warm but not humid. There is little rain and the parks are relatively crowd free except on Presidents day and Thanksgiving. Orlando is basically a tourist destination and there are restaurants and attractions to keep you entertained for months. The area appeals to all ages - we can vouch for that! All places of interest cater for the very young to the very old with pushchairs and wheelchairs available in all of the parks. Baby swap and disabled priviledges are abundant at all of the parks. Designated parking near to the entrances is readily available if you hold a disabled badge, so take it with you.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The location is great - close to shopping and attractions. The house was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Both the homeowner and management company were easy to work with and took care of all our requests. I have recommended this property to friends and would definitely stay there again!

This house was utterly outstanding!! very luxurious and had every amenity that you could possibly wish for. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout and to top it off it was set in a very beautiful scenic private community. My children were so happy with their own private pool to play in that it wouldn't have mattered to them if they had never set eyes on disneyworld. The space in this house is incredible even with two families sharing everyone had their own private space. The only downside was that we didn't stay longer!!! The owners are a pleasure to talk to and made every aspect of the booking easy thankyou!!Can't wait to return here in the near future!

This house is everything we had hoped it would be. The owners and management company were more than helpful, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The house is situated close to all disney parks and a 2 min walk to walmart. The house was very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. There were 2 families,(10 of us altogether )staying at the house and it was more than big enough, it could easily accommadate 3 families.I will definately recommend this house to friends and family and would certainly stay there again should we return to florida.

Wonderful Find!

We had a full house for our stay - 13 people including 5 children. All of us were very pleased with the house - it is in immaculate condition - clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. It was even bigger than we expected! The ease of dealing with the owners and the property managers is also worth noting. Its proximity to shopping and Disney was so convenient! Close to golf courses, the fun tourist flea markets was an added bonus. I have already passed along information to several of my friends and colleagues and plan on going there again in the future!

Visiting theme parks

The location of the house is perfect. It is close to all parks and shops. There are also many golf courses in the vicinity. The house was very clean and much bigger than we expected. I would recommend this property to my friends and would definitely stay longer next time!
