This charming villa is situated in a residential area in the popular holiday area Pêra approximately 3 km north of Armação de Pêra. Despite the modest development that has taken place in recent years this little town has retained its attractiveness. The area is famous for its beautiful long and sandy beaches. The closest beach Galé is reachable within a 2 km drive. A big variety of leisure time activities like water parks as well as shopping facilities are nearby. The neighbouring bustling Armação de Pêra has a magnificent beach, a lively promenade and a variety of shops and restaurants.

Situatetd in Pêra, Villa Alegre is perfect spot for a family with children. Just a 10 minutes drive to the village of Guia caters for all your daily needs with two supermarkets, butchers, post office, pharmacy, wine store and many, many restaurants catering for all tastes and pockets. Including Ramires where the famous chicken piri piri originated. There is also a small daily fruit and vegetable market with a large open air market on the 3rd Friday of every month. Zoomarine and the Algarve shopping centre with fabulous shops, restaurants, multiplex cinemas and bowling alley are just a five minute drive away. And the beautiful beach of Armação de Pêra and many others are just a 5 minutes drive.

Expenses for gas, water and electricity are included in the rate, once a week cleaning service, pool and garden service. Beach towels are not available. Local English speaking personnel can be contacted easily. Additional costs: heating on consumption

Changeover day: Saturday, but can be flexible depending on other bookings. The villa is booked from 2.00 pm and should be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure. A non-refundable 25% deposit will be required to confirm the booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For last minute bookings the full amount is payable on confirmation.

If you wish a rental car you can book it with us, we offer good conditions. The car will be waiting for you at the airport. From Faro airport you can reach the Villa in approx. 30 minutes); but also from the Airports of Lisbon and Sevilla/Spain (both 280 km) you can reach southern Portugal in a short time.
