This luxury apartment was totally refurbished winter 2007/ 2008.Located on the top floor of a quiet Hotel Residence. It overlooks the Provençal market place, with sea view of St Tropez and amazing views of the canals and waterways. The prevailing wind into the gulf of St. Tropez makes the apartment very light and airy. Sleeps 1 -3 people (one couple & small child only). One bedroom, with a comfortable double bed. The living room has a folding single bed. Dining table, Stereo system with ipod docking station. The new top quality designer kitchenette is well equipped, with fully fitted dishwasher, fridge/freezer, grill/ microwave/ oven and electric hob. The luxury double shower room is also brand new this season. The balcony has table and chairs to enjoy the amazing view. It’s an ideal spot to watch the water activity and locals playing petanque (bowling) in the market place below. 5 min from St Tropez. This residence has 24hr gated security.

St Tropez & Pampelonne Beach are only 5 minutes by boat or car. Enjoy the harbour cafes & watch the activities of the superyachts and lunch at the famous 'Club 55' or Nikki Beach. Dance the night away at the 'Cave de Roy'. For a slower pace, a short drive takes you to the picturesque and historic hilltop villages of Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud, with their art galleries and craft shops. Don't miss the many, colourful Provencal markets. Ferries run to the beautiful Porquerolles Islands, a National Park. Inland, Collobrieres is famous for its chestnut puree and cork making. Not forgetting the many, many famous Cote du Provence vineyards. Daytrips can be made to many wonderful towns & villages: the perfume capital of Provence, Grasse, Cannes, Antibes and also the dramatic Gorges de Verdon. The medieval St Paul de Vence and the restaurant Colombe d'Or. Across the bay, St Maxime, St Raphael. The cities of Nice, Toulon and Marseille are about an hour and a half away by car.

Simpatico appartamento ben accesoriato e affacciato sulla piazza centrale di P.Grimaud. Ideale per andare alla spiaggia in 5 minuti e fare la spesa al mercato, si può mangiare sospesi sulla piazza come in un bistrot per due...panoramico!! Simpaticissima e gentilissima la proprietaria Miss Vicky. Ideale per chi vuole rinunciare all'auto per qualche giorno ma avere tutto vicino!!
