This spacious 3 bedroom holiday rental apartment is situated in Berre Les Alpes, about 25 km from the French Riviera, Nice and the Cote D'Azur. The apartment is on the ground floor and will comfortably sleep 8 in three bedrooms. There is a large sitting room and kitchen area with a dining table which will seat 8 people and two family sized bathrooms. It has its own private garden with ample area for outdoor eating and sunbathing and a shared 24 m pool. There are lovely views of the surrounding mountains. There are wonderful opportunities for walking and hiking in the area. This is a peaceful location and is ideal for families.

Berre Les Alpes is a picturesque medieval mountain village about 25 km from Nice. The village is perched on the top of a hill at 800 m and has outstanding views across the surrounding Alpes Maritimes. Berre les Alpes has 2 bar/restaurants and a shop. The nearby villages of Contes and Escarene have a variety of grocery shops, butchers, bakers, pharmacies and banks. From Escarene you can join the Train Des Merveilles. A spectacular train journey into the Alpes Maritimes. This amazing railway offers easy access to the Roya Valley and wonderful opportunities for canoeing, rafting, canyoning or simply enjoying a day by the river. A slightly longer journey will take you to the Mercantour National Park with its sensational mountain hiking guided tours and the famous Vallée des Merveilles with the prehistoric rock engraving.
