This beautiful new detached pool-side villa is set in a quiet area of Altinkum. The villa is set on three floors and sleeps up to six people, there are three bedrooms, two double and one twin. All bedrooms, the living area and kitchen have air conditioning and their own private balconies. There is also a good sized swimming pool for cooling down after a few hours in the sun. The living room is a bright room with comfortable new furnishing, the modern interior features a spacious lounge and dining area. The dining area has a table and seating for six people. The living area has a new TV, DVD and comfortable seating with air conditioning. Patio doors lead out onto a terrace which has table and chairs for outside eating or to simply relax. The kitchen is also situated on the ground floor it is fully equipped it also features a breakfast bar which seats four people. It also has a small terrace over looking the side garden.

The villa is set on a small complex with just 13 other properties it is set away from the hustle and bustle, which is perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday but still in easy reach of the town centre. The beach is a five minute taxi ride or catch one of the frequent dolmus buses, there is also a free courtesy bus next door at Oasis Village or for the more energetic a 20minute walk. There is a total of three beaches in Altinkum the first beach is next to the town and is the most popular. It is a lively modern resort and offers just about everything for an enjoyable holiday. Altinkum has something for everyone: safe bathing and watersports, lively bars and nightclubs, a wide choice of restaurants, small bustling shops, 2 waterparks, Altinkum water park which is 15minutes by car or Adaland aqua park which is an hour away. There is also the vast temple of Appollo or perhaps venture further for a day trip to Ephesus and Sellukk.

  • The Villa has 3 bedrooms two on the 1st floor and one on the second floor. All bedrooms are fully furnished and open onto their own terraces and have air conditioning. The first floor master bedroom is an excellent sized room with an en-suite shower and a good sized terrace over looking the pool. The first floor twin room has two single beds and a terrace over looking the side garden. The second floor bedroom is a large room, fully furnished. There is also a bathroom on this level. Patio doors open onto a very large rooftop terrace which has sun loungers and table and chairs for catching the last of the days sun. The rooftop terrace is also accessible from the main marble staircase.

Just back from this beautiful villa in Turkey and have already re-booked to go back for next year. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for an amazing holiday. You could not ask for any more relaxing by the pool in luxurious surroundings and a short walk down to the front if your prefer it more lively.
