This beautifully furnished, air conditioned apartment is part of a small exclusive residence in the grounds of the prestigious Royal Mougins Golf Club. The property shares an attractive swimming pool and has use of the golf facilities including clubhouse, which is just a minute walk away. The accommodation comprises a large living room with adjoining dining and study areas, fully fitted kitchen, three twin bedrooms with two bathrooms and guest toilet. The apartment also has a terrace garden. The property is well equipped including TV,iPod dock, CD/DVD system, and broadband internet access. This apartment has been recently renovated and redecorated and is fitted with new, modern furniture and fittings. We know this will add to our guests comfort and enjoyment of their holiday.

The apartment is located on the course of Royal Mougins Golf Club, a private golf club only a few minutes drive from the picturesque village of Mougins renowned for its many restaurants and galleries. Only 15 minutes away from the sandy beaches of Cannes and 25 minutes from Nice airport, Mougins is ideally situated to explore the area within the famous triangle of Monaco, Cannes and Saint-Tropez, and beyond to historic mountain villages. 6 km from Cannes, 30 minutes to Nice and only a short distance to Grasse and Saint Paul de Vence. Only 50 km away from the winter sport resort of Gréolières les Neiges and 110km to Isola 2000. The area is rich in cultural heritage with countless museums and international galleries; it is a gourmet’s dream with a vast array of restaurants including Michelin starred establishments very close by. There are many sport and leisure opportunities, beaches, yachting, boule, tennis, skiing and golf; and over 15 golf courses within half an hour's drive

Change over day: Normally Saturday, with full flexibility outside of peak season. Guests will be met on arrival at the apartment. Mid stay cleaning can be organised for an additional charge. All linen and towels are provided.

Activities: Apart from the magnificent Royal Mougins Golf Course on your door step there are over 15 golf courses within 30min drive. The beaches at Cannes are only 15min away and Nice airport is a short 30min drive. Other sporting activities could include water sports, tennis, skiing, walking, horse riding, fishing etc. There is also winter sports 50km away at Greolieres de Vence and Isola is only 110km away. Mougins is a few minutes drive and is one of the most picturesque villages in the area. It boasts numerous fine restaurants, museum and art galleries. If you wish to tour the immediate area you will be spoiled for choice as Mougins lies within a most beautiful area of the Cote d'azur. Day trips can also be taken to other areas in Provence or even Italy.

Skiing: Only 50km away from the wintersport resort of Gréolières les Neiges and 1 1/2 hours from Isola 2000 / Auron

Golf: The apartment is within the gated Royal Mougins Golf Course. The club house is only a few meters away. There is also a free driving range within the site.

Other Activities: Savour the flavours of the many many restaurants in Mougins village - only 5mins away

This must be the best apartment we have ever stayed in, there is just so much room, it is brilliant, it's better than home for home. The golf course is right at your door step, the location is just great for touring the area. We most certainly be back.

We have just returned from a great holiday in Mougins. This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in, it is exactly if not better that described. The apartment is very spacious and had everything we could have needed. The golf course is stunning and the hotel restaurant which is next to the Apartment is excellent with great views over the golf course.

Communication with the owner was very good, all information requested was received very promptly. I would,and have, recommended this accomodation to friends, and I am sure that we will stay here again in the future.

A car is needed as there are no amenities close to the apartment, but there are within a short drive.
