Enjoy the sounds of the waves from our cozy villa, located right behind “Coco beach”, in the heart of the “Orient Bay resort”, facing the prestigious white sand beach of Orient Bay . This brand new villa has a floor area of 1765 square feet (164 sqm), including a very nice terrace facing the sea, three bedrooms (with outstanding views), and can accommodate up to 6 people. All the comfortable bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The pool is right behind the villa and is shared with two other villas (it being noted that the sea is 30 meters away!) This villa is very luxuriously furnished, with the highest standard of equipment, including two king size and one queen size beds, marvellous furniture (tropical style), such as armchairs, coffee tables, and shelves, a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet connections in both floors, a flat screen with satellite cable, a Hi-Fi system … All the rooms have air conditioning.

We rented this villa last April for us, our daughter and her two children. It was perfect! We have been coming to St. Martin for over 15 years and I think this was absolutely the best vacation ever. Being so close to the beach was wonderful, the beach boy, David, at Coco Beach was more than accomodating, as was Stephane, the rental agent. He was quite patient with makiing our reservations and there at a moment's notice if we called. Everything was exactly as depicted in photos. It was also nice not to have to search for a parking place and have one so close. Highly recommend this one.
