Brand New Villa Facing the Sea !

Enjoy the sounds of the waves from our cozy villa, located right behind “Coco beach”, in the heart of the “Orient Bay resort”, facing the prestigious white sand beach of Orient Bay . This brand new villa has a floor area of 1765 square feet (164 sqm), including a very nice terrace facing the sea, three bedrooms (with outstanding views), and can accommodate up to 6 people. All the comfortable bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The pool is right behind the villa and is shared with two other villas (it being noted that the sea is 30 meters away!) This villa is very luxuriously furnished, with the highest standard of equipment, including two king size and one queen size beds, marvelous furniture (tropical style), such as armchairs, coffee tables, and shelves, a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet connections in both floors, a flat screen with satellite cable, a hifi system … All the rooms have air conditioning.
