Further details for the barn in Carmarthenshire, Wales
Trecor has been created by joining two barns together, one barn houses the games room and TV room - upstairs and the kitchen, utility and cloakroom downstairs, the other houses the 4 bedrooms. The two double bedrooms are downstairs. The barns are joined by an oak frame conservatory. We have had wheelchair users at the barn and they have said it has been good as it has downstairs bedrooms, there are however 4 steps to reach the level of the bedroom barn.
The barn kitchen is well equiped with stanley range (similar to aga, but you can set your oven temperature and turn it on and off!), large gas hob, larder style fridge freezer, with ice machine and cold water dispenser, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a level garden area for ball games. Close to the house is a 'secret' passageway leading down to a small river - young children love it. The village is a beautiful 1/2 mile walk down the lane with views across the estuary to Llansteffan Castle. The local shop provides basic essentials.
