Notes to the rental rates

• The rent is secured against a 40 percent deposit at the time that the booking is confirmed against a Visa or Mastercard credit card. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the booked first day and will be charged to the credit card.
  RENTALS are from Saturday to Saturday unless agreed otherwise and for a minimum 7 night (i.e. 1 week) stay or multiple thereof.
  
• The villa is self-catering but is fully supplied with bed-linens and towels for the bathrooms. Beach towels are NOT provided but may be hired from our agents.

Reus airport is approx 10 minutes further easy drive away. The house is a part of development of 8 similarly styled villa that were completed in 2006 and have been finished to a good standard with good fittings and a range of labour saving devices, especially in the kitchen. There is TV, stereo, DVD player, fridge/freezer, washing machine, BBQ and ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. A dishwasher is due to be added before rentals begin.

The villa is fully furnished and provided with bed-linens and towels. The rates for weekly occupancy are set out and include the cost of a final check-out clean to prepare for the next guest. However we do ask that guests leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. Spare linens and towels will be provided and amongst the electro-domestic machinery is a washing machine for your use. Minimum stay is one week and this generally operates from Saturday to Saturday. Additional days may be quoted. If your booked stay is for 2 or more weeks there will be an interim clean after the first week and a change of bed-linens and towels. Terms of booking are with a 30percent deposit at the time of reserving, against a Visa or Mastercard credit card. The balance of the due monies will be charged 8 weeks before your arrival date. At the time of check-in you will be asked to provide your credit card and sign a manual credit card slip.
