Photos and Description of this Biot holiday villa sleep 6 adults 7 with children, 3 rooms, BBQ 2 bath, in Biot.

The house is well equipped & a pleasure to use. There is a TV with DVD/ video player, Hi Fi with radio and WIFI in the lounge. The 1st bedroom has 140 x 190cm bed with private shower, the 2nd bedroom has two 90 x 190cm beds & the 3rd room has one 140 x 190cm or one 90 x 190 cm, all are brand new and made of latex. 2 toilets, a one bathrom. A large wood's terrace with sun loungers, teck's table with 8 chairs and BBQ. Beautiful flower gardens, wonderful olive trees. Fully fenced property, with electric gate. Prices include water and electricity but do not include towels.

Very exclusive situation, close to the old nice village Biot . In Biot you find everything you need: bars and restaurants, shopping and supermarkets not far away. The Marinaland-parc in 2 km. Golf courses very close to the villa. We are close to subway , so it's easier to go shopping at Cannes , at Niceor play at the wonderful Monte Carlo's Casino. Many other perched villages for sightseeing nearby with charming restaurants (Mougins, Eze). Close to all the fun but away from the crowd.
