Welcome to our Dream Waterfront Villa on the prestigious gated development – Watersong. Located just 15 minutes from Disney and next to the newly opened Providence Golf Course Our magnificent two storey waterfront villa has 5 bedrooms all of which are en-suite - 3 King, 2 Twin. This was formerly the Builder’s Model Villa, located on the prestigious development of Watersong, just 15 minutes from Disney and next to the newly opened golf course at Providence. The decoration and sumptuous furnishing are to the highest standard, as the home was completed by one of Orlando’s renowned Interior Designers. The property benefits from many internal upgrades, including tile in all living areas and bathrooms, some of which are wallpapered, fabulous kitchen, extended deck with 30foot pool, raised spa, covered lanai with a summer kitchen and gas BBQ grill. We have added many extras and personal touches to ensure your every need has been catered for, including WiFi & a computer with internet access

Additional information about rental rates

  • $200 or £150 per week (or part week) reservation deposit.
    Balance of payment in full 2 months before arrival date.
    If the reservation is cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival, the full rental will be forfeited unless the premises can be re-booked on similar terms, in which case only the deposit will be forfeited. Before that date the deposit will be forfeited.
    A security deposit equivalent to $500 or £300 is payable to the owner prior to the stay. Providing the house is left in the same condition it was on arrival this will be refunded in full following the departure clean and inspection. If this deposit is made by credit card, unfortunately the 4.5% charge will be the responsibility of the Guest, as the deposit will be returned as a cheque or bank transfer.
    The house will be available for occupation from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, and departure is 10.00am on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed by the owner
  • The house and pool and spa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. All bed linen and towels are provided.

    The cost of rental includes a standard departure clean, however if the property is left in a condition that requires more than a standard clean, this will be deducted from the security deposit. Standard cleaning includes laundry, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming & floor cleaning and dusting. The kitchen should be left tidy with dirty pots in the dishwasher and the oven and hob clean.

    The BBQ is provided for the enjoyment of all Guests, therefore is is the responsibility of guests making use of this facility to clean it prior to their departure. Unfortunately if the BBQ is left dirty a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit

    This is strictly a NO SMOKING and NO PETS home. Please respect this requirement, and if you do wish to smoke or bring your pets, we would ask you to seek alternative accommodation.
  • The front door is operated by a coded keypad. The number and directions to the house will be given to you once the final balance has been made.

    There are no additional charges or hidden costs. High-speed internet connection (WiFi) and a computer are provided, along with free International and National calls (apart from calls to mobiles outside the USA).

We recently took our family vacation to Disney during the 4th of July week 2009. Looking for the right rental property can be overwhelming, specially in Orlando. After the initial inquiry, the owners stopped at nothing to make sure our vacation would be fabulous. The Villa is incredible. The accommodations were plush. The website pictures do not do this home justice. We felt like we were staying in a brand new home.

With 3 small children under the age of 10, they each loved their own bedroom and bath and each room is equipped with an lcd tv and dvd player. As for the adults, we had trouble figuring out which king size bed/suite we wanted to sleep in. They were all incredible.

The owners gave detailed vacation tips that we took advantage of since we have never vacationed in the area before. Plus you can save through the guests services provided by the property management company.

In short, if you are looking for a 5 star home, this is it! The drive to Disney each day was about 15 min depending on the traffic. The Watersong development is in progress but all construction in or near this property has been completed. You won't be diappointed!

Our stay at Watersong

We have just returned home from our family holiday in Florida were we stayed at Joy and Simon's villa in watersong.
I never really wright reviews but this time i just couldn't help myself,from the moment we worked through the door we were just blown away by how beautiful the house really was.Everything you would need for a family holiday was there from pool towels to bathroom towels,hair driers in every bathroom and there are 5 bathroom,TV,DVD,Docking station for your i pod and i phones,computer with internet i mean you name it it was there.This house really was a home from home but with a lot of added luxury.
The pool and patio area was perfect too backing on the a beautiful and peaceful nature reserve with some wonderful wildlife.
I have to say this house looked good on the internet but nothing will prepare for how beautiful this home really is until you arrive.
The children had lots of fun in the games room and loved playing the air hockey.
The truth is that we all enjoyed staying at this property so mush that we are all looking forward to returning very very soon.
Thank you Joy and Simon for sharing your beautiful home with us it really was a pleasure from start to finish.

This truly is an outstanding property. The house is superb. The owners, Joy and Simon have thought of everything, right down to the last teaspoon, or should I say coffee spoon!! Depending of course which side of the pond you are from. A new addition to the property since my last visit is the pool side bar. What more could one ask for? I'm looking for a word that best describes this house. And the word that springs to mind is HEAVENLY!!!

Excellent directions and instructions ensured that we found the property and local amenities.

The home is beautifully decorated also providing a relaxed and homely feel for a luxurious 5 star vacation. The home will suit those who want to relax, go to the Disney parks and then chill with a well equipped games room and large TVs. The surrounding countryside was stunning we even had a visit from two beautiful native Sandhill Cranes while we were staying.

Thank you again Simon & Joy for making our return visit to Florida such a pleasure.

Watersong Villa

I would like to thank Joy and Simon for a wonderful stay at their fabulous Villa. Pictures cannot do it justice. It really is beautiful. The Villa is large and spacious with all the fixtures and fittings to a very high specification. The pool area is lovely with great views of the conservation area. There was also a huge basket of towels for use outside by the pool and BBQ area, as well as towels in abundance for every bathroom. The bedrooms are fabulous, with huge comfy beds and large en-suites.

The Villa is 20 minutes from the Main Disney resorts. It is very straight forward to get there and actually nice to feel as though you are leaving the commercial world behind for the short trip back to the peace and quiet of the Villa. The facilities of the gated Watersong community are great and not crowded at all. I used the gym 4 or 5 times and it was very quiet each time. Useful to have interent access at the Villa and the management company are very pleasant and helpful in a relaxed but efficient way. There were two bottles of wine left for us as a welcome, which was a nice touch too.

All said, we will definately be going back, and would certainly recomend this Villa to anyone. There were 5 adults and a child in our party so we didn't use all the bedrooms, but even with another two adults and children the Villa would have coped easily as it is so large and spacious.

If you go, you will love it.
