Brand new holiday apartment fully furnished with all amenities you may need to feel comfortable and at home. The building is painted in a warm dark orange and has wooden windows and doors; the balcony is terracotta-floored adding to the Mediterranean atmosphere of the overall setting. The location of the apartment on a hill provides fresh and cool air even in summer. There is free car parking. The owners speak Italian, German, English and French. The balcony offers a view of the hills on one side and the sea on the other. In-between you can see Taormina and Castelmola, two beautiful medieval towns just a few kilometers away, a breathtaking sight especially at night. It is an ideal place for adults and for children to relax and enjoy Sicily with its beautiful landscape, high culture, the delicious cuisine and its great beaches. The rent is inclusive of electricity, air-condition/heater and gas. Linen, towels, kitchen-ware are provided and you do not need to bring anything!

Letojanni is a small town, but you can find everything you need within walking distance: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, travel agencies, banks, post office, internet points, gas station, bus stops, railway station - even international magazines and newspapers in the original languages. The main attraction is the beach with its various water sports activities and sun-bathing. Right in front of the beach is the main square with a cute little church as well as delicatessen shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, where you can taste the fresh and organic local produce that makes Sicilian cuisine an especially joyful experience. The square and the small pedestrian streets around it with shops and boutiques are the actual centre of the village, vivid also in the evening, only a 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. Aside from Letojanni itself, the location allows easy excursions to close by Taormina and its surrounding villages, Mount Etna, Messina, Catania, and Siracusa

Golf: Only 32 km from Letojanni you can find Il Pìcciolo Golf Club, an 18-hole par 72 golf course on the slopes of the volcano Etna. The 18 holes are situated amongst oaks, hazels and vineyards and are surrounded by fields of lava from Etna's eruptions. (Please, do not hesitate to contact owner for further information or any useful links).

Skiing: There are two skiing areas on Mount Etna; the southern slope is Rifugio Sapienza and the northern resort is Linguaglossa. The snow also provides ample opportunity for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowboarding. Both locations are reachable within 45 minutes by car, ideal for daily trips from Letojanni.

Awesome Absolutely Wonderful and Relaxing Vacation.

New and spotlessly clean!!!!!

Very Friendly, Customer Service Oriented Owners, Many Great Restaurants!

5 Minute walk to Beach! Water View from large spacious Patio!

Our family stayed at this brand new apartment for seven nights.

2 Adults - 1 Master bedroom - Brand New Bed/Mattress
2 Teenagers - 2 large bunk beds - Brand New Beds/Mattress

Air Conditioned

Bath: Large Shower/Sink/Bathe

New front loader washer

Brand new kitchen appliances/large fridge.

New Sofa/which is also a sofa bed.

Close by to Letojanni beach, & 7 minute drive to Taormina Beach.

Messina and Catania, 40 Minute car drives to Great City Sites and Shopping!!!

Visit Etna, 45 minute drive.

Our family stayed here after 4 weeks of travelling Europe by car. We were ready to relax on the beach, dine in, and take our holiday more lightly after visiting so many beautiful destinations in Italy.

We had already enjoyed all our holiday stays, and met so many nice people. This stop just added another great stay, and four more wonderful Italians on our list.

We were warmly greeted by Massimo, who gave us the key and showed us the apartment.

The Apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. New, very clean, close to beach, and being able to eat in comfortably. Great Fish/Butcher/Produce/Bakery shops close by.

In the mornings we would have breakfast at the apartment. Great Beach view patio! We would pick something delicious for lunch at the beach. At night we would grocery shop for a delicious home made dinner. Dinning out on the patio every night was Fantastic! On our last night we dined at La Graduca in Taormina, Charming & Delectable! Thanks Massimo for the Excellent Recommendation.

The Beach is a five minute downhill walk, Uphill back, if you’re walking; it was great exercise after having all that Delicious Gelato and Pastries. Make sure to bring treats back home, we did!

Many Thanks again Massimo and Melanie, and Special Thanks to Tina and Daniela. We had a lovely stay in your apartment and enjoyed our visits to the Beautiful Beaches both Letojanni & Taormina!

Thank you for the extra’s including the delicious basket of fresh fruit, luscious homemade Limoncella, and scrumptious ice cream cake!

We will recommend this quiet, safe, and wonderful apartment to our family and friends.

We hope we may visit again soon!
