This beautiful and brand new villa (with new indoor and outdoor furniture) has four air-conditioned bedrooms (living room is air-conditioned too) with three bathrooms and a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean. Floor area is 271 sq meters/2439 sq feet (including terrace and pool deck). A beautifully decorated living room with fantastic view invites you to enjoy this paradise. An air-conditioned separate office will allow you to work quietly if you occasionally need to, or simply use high speed internet access.

Orient beach and activities: Orient Beach is undoubtedly one of the most magnificent and talked about beaches in the Caribbean, proudly boasting its title of the 'Saint Tropez of the Caribbean' and many compare Orient Bay to the French Riviera with its pampering services and ambiance. The constant cooling trade winds (called the 'alizes' in French) and light wave action provide excellent swimming, snorkelling and sailing conditions. Our new Cobalt boat (america's most exclusive dayboat) can be rented too on a daily or weekly basis (see picture of the boat).

We just returned from a week at this lovely villa owned and operated by Stephane who was truly gracious and accomodating. The villa was clean and well maintained with everything listed and more. I recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great villa to stay at while enjoying St. Martin.
