A duplex in a the former fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town, known as 'La Marina' this is on the cliff overlooking a quiet bay and out to Formentera and the Cathedral and walls of Dalt Vila on one side, and into the harbour and over to Marina Botafoch on the other side. Entered from a relatively unknown cliff top path this really is a unique and romantic place, having both the advantage of an old town location, but with a feeling that you are in your own private world with the sea in front of you and always a cooling breeze, being surrounded by water on three sides.
