To your left there is a large kitchen with range cooker, American fridge/freezer 2 sinks & a dishwasher & washing machine. As you follow up the stairs, pass the balcony there are 4 large bedrooms all ensuite another bathroom on a large landing, up again to 5th bed

Notes to the rental rates

• £500 cheque is required as a security deposit which will be returned by post 1 week later.
  25% of the total rental fee required on booking. then the rest of the balance required 6 weeks before arrival.
  Payment method to be arranged. Please note due to non payment 6 weeks before, will be deemed as a Cancellation and a 10 % charge will be levied
  
• If you wish to book out of season terms can be arranged, rates for may inclusive and October to November inclusive are £1500.00 per week.

This area is steeped in history,from the cathars to the walled city of carcassonne,where the number 1 bestseller the labrynth was depicted. There is also the dinosaur museum, with a dig you can join in! Also there is a hat museum. You can get to them all by train if you dont drive or taxi .

Wine routes

The Langudoc Roussillan area is well known for the vast vinyards and also the tasting, Quillan is in the middle of the Corbiere fitou and the blanquette de limoux with many small vinyards in between. All available for the tasting!!! If you fancy stocking up on your duty free take a trip to andorra only 1 hour and 15 min away don't forget to stock up on your petrol on the way back tax free' If your a smoker take a trip to perthus on the Spanish border where cigarettes alcohol make up perfume are at bargain prices, have a nice paella for lunch, its only an hour away.

Sporting activitys

From whitewater rafting to horse riding, cycling, walking, if you fancy gliding it's 15min away! mountaineering, fishing, moterbiking, quad biking, go carting. Thermal spas at least 3 within 20 min, you can sit in the river which is 25 to30 degree and is very good for you its on the nhs website.

Skiing Information:

Nearest ski is 25 min away at Camurac, les angles 45 min away, andorra 1 hour 15 min away there are buses from Quillan if you dont fancy the majestic drive which is great if some of your party dont fancy sking and some do.

Golf Information:

If its golf there is a course by car or train 1 hour away in Carcassonne which works well if not everybody wants to play golf.
