Photos and Description of this Cefalu holiday cottage Renovated farmhouse, 6 km from a sandy beach and from picturesque town Cefalù

This recently renovated farm is situated on a hill at the coast that marks the beginning of nature reserve Madonie. The pool (size 8x5 m. and 1,40 deep) is private. The terrace has a sweeping view over the coast and the big rock of Cefalù. Sandy beaches distances 5 km. Cefalù is famous for its magnificent Arab-Norman cathedral and beautiful fishing harbour. The property is surrounded by Oak woods and citrus groves and consists of 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom is in the dependance), 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a gazebo and a dependance. All rooms are on the ground floor and have their own entrance. Only 2 bedrooms are connected. The kitchen can only be reached from outside. In front of the rooms is the bright gazebo, which is used as a living room. The dependance consists of a living room with sofabed, a kitchen, bathroom and a double room. All bedrooms of Casali Giovanni have air conditioning and satellite TV. The panoramic terrace next to the pool is equipped with comfortable deckchairs.
