"Duckin' Around" offers a private pool, hot tub, volleyball court, ping pong table,gas grill, basketball goal and horseshoes. Also available are a pack n play and high chair! Only 700 feet from the beach access! This comfortable home supplies beach chairs, boogie boards,& bikes for the beach and affords alot of seating around the pool. Enjoy the basketball goal or horseshoes. There are 4 bedrooms on the mid-level of the house, 2 with Queens, that each have access to a covered deck. 2 other bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, and shares a full brand new bath with one of the queen bedrooms. The other bedroom has a pyrimid bed that also has a trundel, that could sleep 4. This bedroom also shares a bath with the other queen bedroom. The top level has a spacious greatroom with 42" plasma TV, surround sound DVD, CD Player/Stereo. Each bedroom has a TV, two of which are TV/VCR combos.
The brand new hard wood floors complement the beautiful stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, which has Tumbled Marble countertops, and offers a limited ocean view from the kitchen window. This level has a 1/2 bath for convenience, and a slider to a full deck that has a table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor meals. The wraparound deck, dining area and kitchen all offer a slight ocean view. Ground level offers a outdoor shower, and a garage for the ping pong tables, bikes, and beach supplies.
