A comfortable house located in a secure, gated estate within easy access to Interstate 192, providing privacy without compromising access to local amenities. All mod cons are provided including DVD/CD player, heatable swimming pool and open plan living accommodation, with more secluded formal living/dining area. Very easy access from Orlando airport, and within easy reach of all main attractions including Disney and Sea Worlds. Excellent shopping and good dining facilities all close-by.

Located just 15-20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, within the gated development of Windsor Park, this is a lovely quiet area, but also within 30 minutes of all major attractions, including Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. Interstate 192 is close by providing easy access to the road network and further afield such as day trips to the coast, the Space Centre and a number of great beaches. Also within easy driving there are a number of excellent shopping malls.

Notes to the rental rates

Payment can be accepted by personal cheque in Pounds Sterling or US Dollars. Please contact us directly so that we can advise exchange rate at time of booking.

A deposit of £100 is required to reserve the property and as security against any damage. Payment of the full rental is required 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the rental period, the full rental charge plus £100 deposit is payable upon booking. The deposit is retained as security in case of damage or additional cleaning and will be refunded less any necessary deductions within a week of the rental period.
Cancellations: more than 8 weeks prior to the rental period - full refund; 4-8 weeks - 50% refund; 2-4 weeks - 25% refund; less than 2 weeks - no refund. 8 weeks or less, no refund of reservation/security deposit.

Pool heating is available at an extra charge of £50 per week, and must be requested in advance.
All linen and towels are included in the rental.
