Self Catering duplex. Easily sleeps 6 in beds, can sleep 7. 1000sq feet. On legendary Bleecker Street! Home of NYC's best restaurants, boutiques, and music and comedy clubs. 3 blocks from Washington Sq Park. One block from Soho. This location can't be beat if you want to walk out your door into the centre of the best the city has to offer. This carriage house is in the back of a building with no neighbours on any sides so it's quiet. It has a fireplace in the bedroom and living room. This is a newly renovated apartment with all new furniture and furnishings including a 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD playER, free hi-speed WiFi. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a table for 6 in the living room and a kitchen island that seats 2. **English is the only language I speak.

Very nice flat, well located

We had a very nice time in this flat with all needed furniture provided and a lot of space.
The best point is the location, near soho, meatpacking district, in a very lively area (lots of bars, restaurants, stores...) and the least but nontheless.. halloween parad at our door (well... right at the corner, 10 meters away!)

Fantastic pad!

Location in the heart of Greenwich Village was great. You can walk to Tribeca, Meat Packing, East Village, Soho, Noho, Financial District and Hudson Waterfront. The pad is a very good size for NYC. The upstairs and downstairs feel separated even though it is an open loft, which means separate sleeping quarters works well. Pad is very clean, and in great overall condition and has everything you would need. Safe location right in the heart of all the action in Greenwich Village. Ken is also extremely helpful and a very knowledgeable local.

Coming from France, Ken received us very kindly. The house is very clean, and is located in the heart of GV.
Ken sent us to very good restaurants (Jane, Arturo, Joe's pizza)...
Wi-fi, HDTV, ipod receiver, the kitchen is well equipped.
Subway and bus are very near...
I recommend this property to a friend.
Just be informed that there is one bathroom, but we were only three.

The space is ecactly as advertised, it is right in the village and close to just about anything.
The pictures and description are completely acurate.
The unit was clean and well maintained. Ken is very easy to work with and stayed on top of any questions or concerns from beginning to the completion of the trip
If you are going on a fun trip to NYC, we recommend this place.
There is plenty of space to sleep 6, but there is only one bathroom.

Great Location

We rented the apartment for seven adults. We were comfortable. The only draw back for seven was one bathroom which we were aware of before renting. The apartment descriptions and pictures are accurate and it is clean. The owner is very easy to work with and friendly. The apt. is in a great location. I wouldn't want to stay in any other location in New York. Its in an area with plenty of activities, shopping and food- We ate at Janes for brunch excellent food. We were able to go from Central park to Battery park to broadway shows all on the subway. We never used a taxi. The subway stations are close to the apartment. Just be sure to get a map one word of caution the trains stops change on weekends so be sure to ask if you are in doubt. We also did a lot of walking. When I travel to Newyork I will rent this apartment again and do recommend it to my friends and family.
