Pao Pao Villas consists of 2 luxury beachfront villas - Villa Pao Pao (3 en suite bedrooms) and Villa Rembulan (2 en suite bedrooms). All rooms are air conditioned. Both villas have satellite TV. Large verandahs run to 3 sides offering panoramic views across a tranquil bay. The villas share a large and well designed pool which has ample shade, offering opportunities to sit and read or enjoy a drink. Food is prepared in a separate kitchen area and brought to your villa by your own room boy. Local sea food is a speciality. Situated in the idyllic, unspoiled South West peninsular of Lombok these beach side villas look onto offshore tropical islands fringed with white sand and coral reefs that demand to be snorkelled using our own boat. A local dive company offer exotic scuba diving opportunities. 20 minutes drive down the coast lies Desert Point a world renowned surf spot. There is a lot to do at Pao Pao Villas but first and foremost it is a place to come to relax in a tropical paradice

Villa Rembulan is a luxury 2 en suite bedroom beachfront villa. Set on a small hill overlooking the beach and a tranquil bay this villa offers views 'to die for'. The bedrooms are large and each has its own luxury bathroom (one bathroom has double plunge bath). Bedrooms open onto a 3.5 metre verandah boasting 'that view'. The large living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and satellite.Also a fridge, microwave, toaster etc.(cooking facilities are basic as meals are prepared for you in a separate kitchen and brought to the villa. Natural honey coloured teak floors run throughout the villa. Villa Rembulan is set in its own tropical garden and shares the large and well designed pool with one other villa.

Situated in the idyllic south west peninsular on the unspoiled island of Lombok.These villas are just 35 meters from the beach. Just 500 meters offshore lie tropical desert islands surrounded by white sand and coral. Great snorkelling and diving opportunities.Also just 20 minutes drive from Desert Point, a world renowned surf spot which one guidebook described as having possibly the best 'left hander' in the world. The villas are set in beautiful tropical gardens planted with butterflies and scent in mind. Further afield, Lombk has the second highest volcano in Indonesia (Mt Rinjani) and we are happy to arrange trekking if required. Lombok is also has a number of interesting craft villages, in particular pottery making villages. There is lots to do at Pao Pao and in Lombok but first and foremost this is a place to relax, recharge the batteries and be looked after like royalty by our friendly staff.

  • Payment for rental can be made by BACS, cheque or by credit card.
    The rate does not include meals which are charged at around £10 per person per day. This includes cooked breakfast, lunch and evening meal. For children under 14 years of age, meals are charged at around £5 per day per child. If fewer cooked meals are wanted, then budget for less. Fizzy drinks and alcohol are available at a discount price. Payment for food is made in Lombok.
    There is a small charge for the use of the boat and the boatman. This is to cover the cost of fuel and the boatman's (who is not under our employ) wages. The average cost for the boat is around £20 per day.
    Pick up and drop off to/from the airport is free but there is a charge for the use of the car and driver for day trips and excursions. This covers the cost of the fuel and the driver's wages. The average cost for the car is around £30 per day.
