This is a luxury, peaceful Villa with countryside and sea views near to Loule in the central Algarve and is situated on the road between Loule (5 minutes by car) and Quarteira (10 minutes by car). The villa has a wonderful conservatory that has views to the sea and is a lovely relaxing place to sit in an evening. From here there are stairs leading to the terrace where there is a magnificent Italian marble table and swivel chairs and gas barbeque. The private pool (10m x 5m) is surrounded by a large terrace and has ample terrace furniture and inflatable pool toys. Pool heating is available at an additional charge. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have double beds & ensuites and 2 bedrooms have twin beds & seperate bathrooms. There is a spacious air conditioned lounge located on the first floor with a L shaped suede sofa with two single chairs, lounge offers a large LCD TV, DVD player and Satellite TV. The dining room has a large glass dining table seats 8 people.
