Spacious, secluded 5 bedroom villa on Penina Golf resort

This substantial property is set in its own grounds on the Penina Golf resort. All rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and are furnished to a very high standard throughout in fresh bright colours. There is air conditioning. The nearby Meridian hotel offers golf and tennis facilities. The ground floor consists of entrance hall, guest cloak room, delightful dining room, large white kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Steps lead into the lounge (Satellite TV/DVD/video) with doors lead out to the terrace and pool. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, each ensuite; 1 double; 1 twin singles and 1with twin queen size beds. Upstairs there is a master suite with double bed and large ensuite and balcony overlooking the golf course as well as a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. At the rear, a pool terrace includes a gas BBQ and table tennis table. Pool heating & it is possible to make the pool safe for children with a fencing system. Maid 5 days p/week.

Equal distance between Lagos and Portimao, the property is only 6 kilometres from the beaches and restaurants of Alvor. The historic town of Lagos offers a marina, good restaurants and shopping and the beaches of Meia Praia. Portimao is the gateway to the amazing beaches of Praia da Rocha. There are several fabulous golf courses within a 30 minute drive, including Penina, Palmares, Alvor and many more.
