Hibiscus Heights is set into the picturesque mountain village Karmi/Karaman, one of the prettiest and most well-kept village in Northern Cyprus. The house has a large terrace for outside eating and spectacular views of the sea and the coastline. A smaller terrace in the entrance area has nice views of the crusader castle of St. Hilarion. The house has a private garden planted with hibiscus, bougainvillea, roses, palm-trees, Jasmin and other Mediterranean flowers. There is a spacious high-ceiling sitting room. An arch leads into the dining area that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer. Amenities in the village include a shop, 2 restaurants, a pub and a bar. 10 minutes down the hill are supermarkets, shops & a variety of local and international restaurants. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away. 20 minutes by car away is the lovely harbour town of Kyrenia.

We love this villa!

WE have visited the beautiful village of Karmi several times over the past ten years and we love the peace, quiet, beauty and quaintness of the village. The residents are a fun loving and welcoming group of folks. The restaurant/bar in the center of the village, Levant, is fabulous. WE have stayed in several different villas over the years and this one is one of our favorites. It was spotless and beautifully furnished with local furnishings. There were fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival - but the absolutely best thing about the villa is the amazing view from the front balcony. The villa is very spacious, there was plenty of bedding, and plenty of hot water! The owners went out of their way to anticipate our every need and provided a booklet with lots of useful information. WE would definitley recommend this property to friends.

Our cyprus holiday is now over and i would like to thank you for allowing us to staying in your house in Karmi. The house and location are beautiful, and we will miss eating breakfast on the balcony over looking Kyrenia for sometime to come!

The information you supplied was excellent and the assistance of Binky and Anja was invaluable too. We visited many places and enjoyed every minute.

Thank you once again for allowing to stay and it was a pleasure arranging our holiday with you.
