It is 5min walk to the very long beach of St Malo. Ideally located, it is in the middle of the town, 100 yards away from shops and marchés, from cinemas and 400 yards from the railway. Big and private garden facing south and west, with sun all day long. Private garage and plenty of space on very peaceful street to park additional cars.
