'Il Corbezzolo' is a two-bedroom house located in the historical centre of the medieval village of Boccheggiano, no far from Siena (30 miles), one of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany. The village is surrounded by chestnut woods and rolling landscapes. The house offers unsurpassed views of traditional Tuscan countryside. Boccheggiano,18 miles from the coast and its sandy beaches (Follonica is 30 minutes away), is ideal as starting point for daytrips all around Tuscany. Florence is 1 hour and 30 minutes, S.Gimignano 1 hour, Volterra 1 hour, Massa Marittima 20 minutes, Elba Island 50 minutes ferry ride from Piombino (40 minutes)....and hundreds more historical and traditional popular places. The house is on two levels, ground floor composed by Living room with TV, log fire and a living kitchen (see pictures). Nice little village, but with a very good restaurant - when the chef is on duty (If not, wait till he is). The house is with all you need for a holiday, and the price is very fair.
There is a lot of interesting things to see in the area.

A perfect location for you to tour tuscany at a fair price. You do need to have a car as the village is located on the top of a hill. The property was traditional but clean and true to the area. The local village restaurant was very friendly and had terrific food. Massimo was very helpful and we were met on arrival, all information was available.
