This is a new, luxurious 2 bedroom apartment in Montechoro with Air conditioning throughout. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, large living room with 40' sound surround SKY TV, DVD & audio system. Large built in wardrobes in both bedrooms, one double bed in Master bedroom and two singles in second bedroom with the option of a pull out bed. Very large balcony with country and distance sea views. This small private complex has a pool and a baby pool - pool area is fenced for child safety. The location is peaceful yet you are between 5 and 10 minutes walk from some of the best bars and restaurants that Albufeira has to offer. Also 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and only a few minutes by car. The other great advantage of this area is that car hire is not essential as all amenities are close by. Golfers will be happy with the amount of super golf courses within a 15 minute drive and there are taxi ranks close by. Location is only 30 minutes from Faro airport.

This is a great location for either exploring Albufeira if you do not wish to hire a car or for exploring the superb Algarve area if you wish to venture further. It would suite both golfers & none golfers alike. The bustle of the Strip is a short stroll away so you have easy access to all the attractions there but you are located in a peaceful area so you are 'far enough away' to suffer from any disturbance of the noise & hustle & bustle. There are many superb restaurants within easy reach on foot. There are several Taxi ranks and of course there are supermarkets close by for your holiday shopping requirements. The nearest beach is the wonderful Priae de Oura beach where there are several restaurants and snack bars along with a picturesque sandy beach. Many trips to the different attractions on the Algarve can be arranged so this really is the ideal location for your holiday as you have every facility you are likely to need close by. Just returned from a family holiday at this beautiful apartment. It's extremely spacious and allowed lots of room for the family. It's equipped to an extremely high standard and was located just right for us. Out of the buzz of The Strip but in easy walking distance when we wanted to dip in. Had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This property his situated in the most perfect place in Portugal .The swimming pool is always kept clean and tidy and the entire pool area is very pleasant. There is a snack bar there and the couple that run it are so helpful and welcoming. The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard and it is so spacious and clean. Everything is so new in it. The area is lovely and it is only a five minute walk away from the Strip where there are so many good bars and restaurants and not at all expensive. A taxi can be got to the old town for less than €5. We also got taxis to the Algarve Shopping Centre for approx €10. Lots of great water parks nearby also. We had a fantastic holiday, we loved the place the apartment everything and have already booked to go back. Definitely recommended and the kids cant wait to go back!

Stunning modern apartment, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The location was so convenient for getting into town, beach & for shopping. The pool bar food was delicious & so handy, whilst Fred & Sally (owners) were delightful & friendly. The pool was clean & private. Wonderful holiday...can't wait for our return visit next year.
