This lovely four Bedroom Villa, Built in 2005, is located in the peaceful and beautiful, typically Greek Village of Sarlata on the unspoilt island of Kefalonia. The Villa has its own swimming pool and is privately owned by Jan and Stephen Jenner. It is set amongst a back drop of Olive, Lemon and Orange trees with stunning views over the Ionian sea. It has four bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining area. The Villa is approximately 2 Km from Ammes Beach with some very good tavernas nearby. There is also a small local shop within 2-3 mins walk. The Villa sleeps eight people but can accept an extra small child, Prices includes Air Conditioning, Maid Service and clean linen twice weekly. For your convenience a friendly English man who lives within the village manages the villa. Sarlate Village in Kefalonia Greece is not very far from sandy the beaches of Avithos and Ammes. The vilage has a small mini Market and is within walking distance of some bars , Restaraunts and tavernas. There are plenty of places to do fishing , cycling and water sports. The island has facilities for horse riding and is an ideal place for walking. There are also many places of interest , Old churches and ruins.
