This brand new, luxury two bedroomed apartment is ideal for a family holiday or romantic break. The fantastic lagoon pool, with children's area, is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and has plenty of free sunbeds to relax and sunbathe. The apartment itself has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, (one en-suite). The main bedroom overlooks the pool and the second bedroom opens to a good size terrace with morning sun. The main terrace, overlooking the pool, is 25m in size and has sun loungers and a family dining area, together with a sea view and stunning sunsets. The inside living / dining area is bright and airy with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped including microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker etc. The apartment is on the first floor but has lift access. There are two restaurants on site and the expanding Port Adriano, with its varied bars and restaurants is a 1km walk away. The buzzing town of Santa Ponsa is 3km away.
