This brand new, luxury two bedroomed apartment is ideal for a family holiday or romantic break. The fantastic lagoon pool, with children's area, is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and has plenty of free sunbeds to relax and sunbathe. The apartment itself has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, (one en-suite). The main bedroom overlooks the pool and the second bedroom opens to a good size terrace with morning sun. The main terrace, overlooking the pool, is 25m in size and has sun loungers and a family dining area, together with a sea view and stunning sunsets. The inside living / dining area is bright and airy with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped including microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker etc. The apartment is on the first floor but has lift access. There are two restaurants on site and the expanding Port Adriano, with its varied bars and restaurants is a 1km walk away. The buzzing town of Santa Ponsa is 3km away.

The apartment is in a select, peaceful area with a restaurant and bar on site. The exclusive port adriano is a short walk away where there is a beautiful beach and restaurants and a spa shop. Within 3kms you will find nearby santa ponsa with its lovely beach, many shops and restaurants and a buzzing nightlife. A 10 minute drive will take you to El Magu and Portal Vells with unspoilt beaches (one nudist), stunning scenery and pine tree forests and excellent fish restaurant. The apartment is close to three exclusive golf courses, two waterparks, a go karting track and a jungle park adventure playground. The capital city of Palma is only 20 minutes away with good public transport links.
