The Sunrise Villa comprises of three large bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite shower room, a large verandah with a view of the sea. Both of the other bedrooms have two large single beds each and share a family bathroom consisting of bath, with shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and cupboards. In the living room, there is a large two seat sofa and a large three seat sofa with a fireplace, ideal for the winter, TV, DVD and radio. The Dining room provides a large oval table with a seating of six or eight, if desired. The Dining room and the lounge area overlook the landscaped gardens. The Kitchen is fitted with an oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board and a selection of glassware for up to twelve people. There is also a breakfast bar and two stools. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining room have split A/C units. Outside, there is a large landscaped garden with a private swimming pool and a outside shower

Notes to the rental rates

• If the booking form is returned completed as requested, no security deposit is needed. Payment needs to be processed 6 weeks prior to departure for your trip. A full refund less bank charges is given if cancellation is given at least 6 weeks prior to the booking date.
  
• Villa Check-in Check- out times. The property will be available from 3 pm on the day of your arrival to allow time for cleaning and servicing. The property should be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Flexibility exists, with our approval which we normally agree to, provided there is no conflict with other bookings.
  
• It is a condition of our agreement that you will have adequate travel insurance cover at the time your stay, which should include cover for cancellation and the total holiday period. During occupation you are expected to assume all reasonable responsibilities for the safety and security of the property. (For example, ensuring that the property is secure when you go out, supervising young children to avoid domestic hazards, and implementing pool safety.In no event will the owners be liable for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of, based on, or resulting from this agreement or your use of the service, even if the owners have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If the party size exceeding that stated on the form, attempts to take up residence in the property, we reserve the right to evict the whole party, any extra guests must be declared.

Paphos provides opportunity for all kinds of holiday activities, rambling, Water Park, water sports & skiing (Troodos), to name just a few. The resort is just a short drive away from the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. Given the Islands position in the Mediterranean, the pyramids in Egypt & the city of Luxor are just a short flight away and ideal as a day trip. (The owners can help with the arrangements for any such excursions, as well as restaurant information & advise, and car hire/airport transfer).

Golf Information:

Golf Information : The golf course was designed by American Cabel Robinson and in the two years since it opened has hosted various celebrity golf tournaments, the latest attended by Kenny Lynch & Robert Powell. There is a 3 hole practise course, a double ended driving range and golf academy. There are two additional local golf courses at Secret Valley 2km and Tsada 15km.
