Additional Information: The villa sleeps 20, 10 bedrooms 9 with en-suite facilities with exclusive use of a panoramic swimming pool. 15 minutes from the Adriatic coast yet is hidden in the centre of 28 acres, perched on a hill in a panoramic position with lovely open views of rolling countryside and the mountains, however is a few minutes from many hilltop villages, shops and restaurants. Complete privacy and tranquillity in an idyllic countryside setting will host you amongst the scents and colours of nature, simply Italy at it's best. Le Marche - Italy all in one region. The house has 3 TV`s, a large flat screen in the living area and two portable TV`s with built-in DVD players. Real chef's handmade kitchen and Breakfast room. Wi-Fi internet. 1 large covered dining area and seating for 20, with barbcue and outside sink. Additional veranda and roof terrace also for also al fresco dining. There are 2 wood burners and a large modern open fireplace fir autumn-winter breaks.

Further info: Linen and towels are included, but we do not provide towels for outside use. We advise guests to bring their own towels for external use, i.e. to use around the swimming pool or at the beach. NB: Beach towels can be purchased directly from us if required. The property is cleaned on a weekly basis and we require guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30 am latest on the change over day, to allow us time to thoroughly clean the property prior to the next booked period. Guests booking a longer period than a week, should allow us access to clean and change the linen/towels on a weekly basis.

A Delightful Converted Rural Farmhouse

"Villa Pomegranate is a delightful converted farmhouse in the picturesque rolling countryside of the Marche region . Set in a quiet rural location it has good restaurants and a local supermarkets within 5 mins drive,the Adriatic coast is 25 mins , and the National Park in the Sybiline mountains an hour. Facilities at the villa are first class, in the main house eight large well decorated bedrooms ,six en suite, 2 with adjoining toilet and shower facilities - a well equipped kitchen , built in Barb Q and four spacious terraces which catch the sun or shade at different times of the day. A large indoor kitchen table sits 16 comfortably, better is the large marble table on the outside terrace which sits 20 and allows leisurely al fresco dining and breakfast! The summer house sleeps 4 has independent facilities another nice large bedroom would suit the party member with young children ! Large pool - with lots of sun loungers and another cool terraced area to read and play cards on a hot sunny Italian afternoon! We had a great holiday here in the late summer of 2009 and would unreservedly recommend it to any body seeking a venue for a large family holiday or a celebration with a group of friends". Fantastic trip

Hello,
I've just returned from a holiday at Villa Pomegranate and I have to say it was the most relaxing and enjoyable break I have experienced to date.
The location is second to none with fantastic views and excellent amenities close by. You are close to a small town, yet up in the hills and only a short drive from numerous beaches. Local restaurants are quite good, with one in particular (which Daniel the owner will advise you on) top class and was quite possibly the best meal our group have ever had (which came to just €50 euro per person.)
The farmhouse itself was fantastic, with numerous areas to enjoy sitting, eating and drinking outdoors. All of the rooms are spacious, clean and have fantastic views from the windows. The pool area is also fantastic and this is where we spent the majority of the holiday.
We would like to thank Daniel and his family for all of thier help and thier friendly welcome and cannot reccomend the villa highly enough......as the advertisement says..."if Carlsberg did holidays......"

My Italian experience

Dear Daniel, Had a fabulous holiday in beautiful typical Italian accommodation with all mod cons, surrounded by stunning scenery. Enjoyed wining and dining on the various patio areas around the farmhouse, under pergolas covered in flowers and vines (well they soon will be!), swimming in the lovely pool and sunbathing on the terrace. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. There were 12 of us plus a baby and it was a wonderful experience. We would all highly recommend the pomegranate for a beautiful relaxed holiday and a base to explore the surrounding countryside and Adriatic coastline. Our one week stay was too short and we will definitely be back to enjoy this Italian experience. Will keep in touch with you and if you ever plan to visit Scotland let us know and you can visit.
