This delightful 5 bedroom townhouse is situated in the pretty town of Fertila 5 km from the centre of Alghero and 5km from Alghero airport, the accommodation is extremely spacious and would ideally suit either two families or a large group of friends. The house is 100 metres from a beautiful white sandy beach. Fertila is a very pretty town and benefits from good restaurants and bars, and there is one main supermarket and chemist. The property boasts a lot of personal features with all the luxuries you would expect to find. The two sun terraces provide an ideal use for either sunbathing or dining. The house has it's own private garden were you can enjoy BBQ'S. The accommodation is set over 4 floors with bathrooms on the ground, second, and top floor (ensuite). There is a large green area at the rear of the property which is a very safe playing area for children. There is ample parking facilities should you choose to hire a car, alternately Alghero is only 10 minutes away by local bus.
