This lovely villa is situated in countryside with views over mountains and vineyards. Alicante Airport is a 30 minute drive and the town of Albatera, with shops, supermarket, weekly outdoor market, banks etc is a 5 minute drive. Ideal position for exploring Alicante, Murcia & Benidorm. Beaches at Guadamar, La Marina and Torrevieja (20-30mins) and various golf courses in surrounding area. The villa is set in a quarter of an acre of land. Lounge - air conditioning, open fire, TV, video & DVD, CD Player. Patio doors to pool area. Conservatory with dining table and separate seating area. Kitchen with gas hob, electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, iron and ironing board. Double room with air conditioning and dressing room leading to pool. Twin bedroom with air conditioning. Single bedroom with additional folding bed. Jack and Jill shower room with large walk-in shower. Bed linen and towels provided. Child's high chair, travel cot and changing mat are also available.

The villa is located 5mins from Albatera. A few minutes walk from the villa you will find a couple of local bars. The town itself has a public square overlooked by a Spanish church. From this square the side streets are filled with tapas bars and shops.The Moors and Christians Festival is usually held in July. There is also a large park with an amphitheatre and a children's play area. The town has a large supermarket and a Qwiksave that sells English produce. An indoor market for fresh meat,fish, fruit & veg. A weekly outdoor market takes place in the town centre. The larger towns of Elche and Crevillente are nearby as is the resort of Torrevieja. Benidorm is about 1 hours drive where there are Terra Mitica theme park, Aquqlandia water park and a new Nature park.
