This luxury villa is located in a prime elevated position. The villa is spacious and very close to the ever more popular old town, the main beach and its promenade full of shops and restaurants. The villa is in a quiet area and is sheltered from the prevailing winds. The accommodation is spacious with 3 large bedrooms, one with full ensuite bathroom and a further bathroom for the 2 other bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. The villas are tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standards with quality furniture and satellite TV. The villa leads onto a large covered veranda furnished with stylish patio teak table and chairs and equipped with a built-in barbecue making this a perfect spot for outside dining. The sun terrace with large private heated pool is well provided with sun loungers & umbrellas.

Puerto del Carmen is a combination of traditional and modern. Originally a quaint fishing harbour and village, the town has developed into a very attractive modern resort along the south facing bays of the Los Fariones, Pocillos and Matagorda beaches. As with the rest of Lanzarote, great care has been taken in planning the architecture and landscape. The result is a beautiful promenade stretching the length of the three bays lined with palm trees and the colourful tropical flowers are a main feature. The beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue water are ideal for sunbathing and swimming all year round. Puerto del Carmen is highly recommended as safe and suitable for young and old alike. The protected southerly situation shelters it from the prevailing winds on the North and East side of the island. The old fishing village has retained the harbour atmosphere and is an excellent place to sample the local fish restaurants and local shops which are only a short distance away.
