We;ve stayed at this villa on Southern Dunes late April/beginning of May and enjoyed our stay very much. The villa had everything we needed, the children loved the swimmingpool. The view over Lake Joe was beautiful.
A nice home away from home, all the shops and (disney)parks nearby and great weather, what else can you wish for?
Thank you for letting us stay at your villa, we had a perfect holiday and are planning the trip for next year as we speak!

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't fault anything! The location was as described just 20 minutes away from most disney resorts, which was great after a long days stay in the park for two very tired young children and three weary adults! The property was lovely and rooms were larger than expected, very clean, tidy and well maintained. The pool was just right and the views over Lake Joe were brilliant with many days spent on lookout for the resident 'Croc'. The large supermarket on the edge of the site was really convenient and well stocked and came in very useful for the few nights we stayed in. There were also many local restaurants nearby and all in easy reach. The pictures certainly don't do this property justice and if you were to book, you would not be disappointed!

This house was PERFECT for my family! Great, quiet neighborhood with a security guard entrance. Very short drive to the Disney parks. Many restaurants, shopping, etc. around the area. Great pool to use after a hot day over-looking the lake. Would recommend this to anyone!!

My partner and I loved this house. It was exactly as described/shown on this site. It was spotless and impeccably maintained with everything required to make our stay comfortable. We recieved friendly and proffessional customer service and little touches within the house which made us feel very welcome. The location of the property is very secure in a beautiful setting and close to shops and attractions. We will be recommending this property to all friends and family who are thinking of staying in Orlando.

Mein Mann und ich, wir haben Mitte Mai diese Villa für 9 Tage bewohnt und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön hell. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Garage. Der Sonnenuntergang lässt sich von der Pool-Area aus sehr gut beobachten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Walmart Supercenter) und einige Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ferienpark Southern Dunes. Zu den Disneyparks fährt man mit dem Auto so ca. 20 - 25 Minuten.
Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
