Bright, sunny and comfortable 3 year old, ground floor 3-bedroom self catering flat. Main bedroom benefits from en-suite and dressing room. The three double bedrooms and the generous living-dining room have, each, French windows giving access to flat's patio and Mediterranean garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, independent from living room, has also a door to the garden through the utility room. There are 2 bathrooms in total, air-conditioning and central heating. Easy access for disabled people. Easy access to parking space in residential garage. There is lift from garage. The flat is located in a private residential area, with swimming pool and solarium. The common space is beautifully landscaped and also has ornamental fountains. The residential site is few minute walk to shops, high street, town hall, churches and seaside restaurants and promenade.

Very spacious-lovely-clean-equiped..................... appartment.
with all you need, few minutes walk from the sea, commerces, and from the old quarters of the old city and church, from where you can enjoy wonderful views.
From Altea, we have visited Benidorm (8 km) , Calpe (10 km) and Denia (35 km)
the spacious terrace was great for barbecues, and the central air con very important.
the owners (Trini and Juan) are very nice persons and very helpful.
Realy agreat appartment and great holidays.
