The Villa is located in the tranquil hillside outside Moncarapacho and provides panoramic views across the distant sea and the nearby hills. The property is large, approximately 8 acres and provides total privacy from any nearby villa. The Villa has a modern kitchen and a dining room that can seat 10 people. The living room has a central fire-place, and comfortable living room furniture. Get you breakfast bread from the local bakery in Moncarapacho, and visit the cafes for an espresso with the locals.

Moncharapacho is a 10min drive from the villa, where you find shops, restaurants, post office, banks, chemist, morning market & a lot more. The nearest town is Olhao and the smaller Fuzeta 20min away. The nearest golf resort is only 15min drive away. When you get bored of the crowded beaches, it is good to relax peacefully by a private pool. With a car you can experience many good memories on one single day. Amongst the selection of many beautiful beaches this part of the Algarve has to offer, Fuzeta beach is a sure family favorite. Being only 5km from the villa, Fuzeta is easily reached and comprises a tidal river bordered with colorful fishing boats and pavement cafes; leading up to the estuary which has a sand beach and beach house where one can catch the small ferry boat .Which regularly crosses over the small stretch to a large, clean sandy coast. This area belongs to the ecological preserve for all of the eastern Algarve, and paths have been provided for visitors.

For cooler days, floor heating can be provided. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Towels used outside (beach towels) are also provided at no extra charge.
