It is in a quiet area and you are still close to local amenities with shops, bars, restaurants and the Arenal flat sandy beach within easy reach.It is one of the more sought after apartments with a private outside terrace directly leading out to the pool that has sunshine until late in the evening - making those lazy days seem endless. The apartment is managed locally by ourselves and has air-conditioning with an open plan lounge/diner - accommodating a maximum 6 people with a master bedroom en suite plus two twin bed rooms, a family bathroom plus & additional shower/wc. Car hire is recommended from either Alicante or Valencia airport - the apartment has private secure underground parking. Javea - The Jewel of the Costa Blanca! It is best known for its sunny climate, unspoilt beauty and excellent Blue Flag Arenal Beach. Javea is split into 3 main areas; The Arenal which is within walking distance has a safe, flat, sandy beach with plenty of bars and restaurants, Javea Port is a traditional fishing port and marina with clean pebbled beaches, cobbled streets and a fine array of restaurants and bars and finally:- Javea Old Town has traditional white house fronts with narrow cobbled streets with a relaxing ambiance to stop and have a coffee in the cafes and watch the world pass by. Market day is Thursday. Approx 1/2 drive away is the Terra Mitica Theme Park near Benidorm for those that are more adventurous or for those that prefer golf - Javea itself has an 18 hole course and there are also a good selection of shops. International and local cuisine is available throughout Javea with a typical Chinese set meal for two with wine costing approx 25 Euros.

    Car hire information, directions from airport etc are also available.
    A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance and security deposit due 8 weeks prior to travel. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks at time of booking - the amount in full is due.
    £100 security/damage deposit is required - refundable.
  • Javea Fun in the Sun! - We want you to enjoy your holiday in our 'home'. Our apartment is on a small, quiet complex with secure underground parking and is walking distance to bars and restaurants. There is a bus that runs every 1/2 hr just up from the apartment that passes through the Arenal, along to the Port and then the Old Town (should you wish to sample the local vino and leave your car behind!)
  • Other activities: - BenIdorm palace is a night out to remember! Go Carting, boat hire, beach activities and Fun Fair.

Notes: Lounge has airconditioning/heating as well as a ceiling fan. Linen and apartment towels are supplied (not beach towels) and can be refreshed during your stay in the washing machine. English lady manages the property locally. Changeover day is on a first come first served basis as we are flexible to accomodate the cheaper mid week flights that are now available to Alicante or Valencia which are just over an hour away by car. Access from the airport is easy and direct via the motorway coming off at the Javea junction.
