Bring your iPod and plug into our MP3 music player. In the kitchen you will find a large fridge freezer, water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven. Luxury and comfort are the theme of this villa either it is the fantastic location, fabulous sea views, en-suite bathrooms, LCD satellite TV or power showers. We provide all the linen and towels including beach towels.

^*Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Notes to the rental rates

• Deposit: A non returnable deposit of 20% of rent is payable on booking. If a booking is made 8 weeks or less before arrival the full rent is due at the time of the booking.
  Final Payment: Remaining balance must be made in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Non payment by that date will be treated as a cancellation and the owners may re let the property without reference to the applicants who remain liable for the full amount although credit will be given for any rents received as a result of re letting, less the owners expenses. The same will apply to a cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival date.
  
• Security deposit: A security deposit of £200 is charged at the time the balance of the rent is paid, to cover damage and breakages which will be refundable within 14 days of the vacation of the property as long as no damage has been incurred. If there has been damage or breakages the amount for repair will be deducted from the security deposit and if the damage be more than the security deposit the tenants will be liable.
  
• Method of payment: Payments can be made in GBP, EUR or USD using credit or debit card. You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer in pound sterlings or euros.

Welcome Packs and Cleaning

We provide complimentary welcome packs consisting of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, butter, bread, eggs, water and juice. We also carry out mid stay cleaning and change for stays of 2 weeks or more. These two services are included in the rental fee except for winter tariffs. We can also offer daily maid/baby sitting service for a fee subject to availability.

Linen and Towels

All linen towels including beach towels are provided for guests use. Fair use of air con is also included in the rental fee.
