Our luxury, very spacious and fully refurbished Villa Miramar faces due south, is wonderfully located for sun worshippers and from its very secluded, elevated position has stunning views across countryside to the sea. The villa´s away from it all location is priceless, but in less than 5 minutes drive you´ll reach the nearest hypermarket or restaurant. The villa is very private being set in mature gardens on the very edge of the village. Its beautiful, heated pool (8 x 4m) is located a level below and in front of the lounge patio and sunbathing decks. These very comfortably furnished terraces with their fabulous views are wonderful areas to sunbathe, enjoy just a glass of wine or eating al fresco. A 4 months total refurbishment has just finished giving the villa a lovely kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, central heating, new electrics, plumbing, double glazed windows and patio doors, floor tiling, plus more - and of course new beds, furniture & furnishings

Notes to the rental rates

• These are our special introductory prices for 2008. Our list prices are based on 2 people in the villa, any one week. Add £50 per person per week for 3rd and 4th guests. The 5th and 6th guests will be in the ´granny annex´ which is fully self-contained with king sized double bedroom, full bathroom, dressing room and lounge with kitchenette. It has both its own separate outside entrance and also opens into the central ´Canarian-style patio´ in Villa Miramar and costs £140 per week - perfect for the second couple who prefer greater privacy whilst still being with friends or of course grand parents. Maximum villa occupancy 6 people.
  NOTE: Christmas/New Year 2008. Minimum 2 weeks booking only. You can choose your arrival dates from either 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd or 24 Dec. 2008, departing two weeks later.

• 25% deposit required upon booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure. Non-Thursday arrivals considered. Please enquire. Welcome pack provided. Pool/beach towels provided. Hairdryer. We can organise a hire car to meet you at the airport (quote on request) but you must pay the hire company direct on arrival. We will also supply you with detailed directions to the villa, where we will be awaiting your arrival. Should your flight arrive after dark then we will meet you at the airport.
  
• Bookings are from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure to allow for thorough cleaning and preparation. We will meet you on arrival at the villa with a glass of champagne, beer or cup of tea (which ever you prefer), show you around and how various things work. However, should your flight arrive after dark, we will meet you at the airport and escort you to the villa. We can also give you any information you might wish on restaurants, places to visit or an insight into our ´secret places´ on the Island that often the tourist does not find. We´ll also leave our own booklet of useful information to help get your holiday off to a great start. We provide you with a starter pack of basic groceries with our compliments.

We have created our luxury Villa Miramar as your comfy and relaxing home from home in Lanzarote. It is beautifully furnished with two very large bedrooms, (plus a spacious, self contained ´granny annex´), very comfortable leather corner suite in the huge lounge, plus satellite TV including sports. To help you relax even further there is an outside terrace bar with bottle fridge and BBQ close by. There are several sunshades on the terraces and a covered pergola beyond the lounge for complete shade which is an ideal area for alfresco eating. Villa Miramar is lovingly owner-managed by us and we will meet and greet you on arrival at the villa with champagne, beer (or a cup of tea if you prefer!!) and a welcome pack. If you wish, we can offer our recommendations and information on places to visit, restaurants, etc. on our beautiful Island home (for 26 years!) of Lanzarote. We are only a 'phone call away should you need any information, help or advice - your enjoyment is our pleasure.

Maid service and linen change is weekly. Bathroom towels are changed the pool is cleaned and the gardens watered twice weekly. Beach/pool towels are provided. Hairdryer provided.

Villa Miramar has just completed 4 months of total and complete refurbishment. The extensive project was undertaken to make this our new home (at some time in the future!). It has many extra comforts and luxuries, including gas fired central heating for any cooler evenings in the winter, that the normal holiday rental villa totally lacks. Because of this, plus its fabulous elevated and peaceful location, will only make your stay even more homely, luxurious and memorable with, we are sure, a great desire to return as soon as possible. CAR HIRE The 15 minute taxi ride from the airport to the villa will cost approx. £10. However, a hire car (which can meet you at the airport) is recommended in Lanzarote and is very inexpensive (from approx. £110 fully incl.). It will enable you to explore some of Lanzarote's amazing and breathtaking sites and glorious beaches, inaccessible without a car. We can organise this for you if you wish but you should pay the car hire company direct.
