  • POLICIES
    The reservation is confirmed upon receiving your 50% deposit. Full payment for the reservation is required 1 week prior to arrival. Cash, Check or Credit Card are our accepted forms of payment.
    Check Out time is 10am Check In time is 3pm. If you need special arrangements, please let us know and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs.
    Any damage or loss will be charged to the original credit card used minus the $500.00 damage deposit.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    A minimum 30 day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of deposit.
    A 90 day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund on extended stays of 14 days or more.
    There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows.
