    The reservation is confirmed upon receiving your 50% deposit. Full payment for the reservation is required 1 week prior to arrival. Cash, Check or Credit Card are our accepted forms of payment.

    Check Out time is 10am Check In time is 3pm. If you need special arrangements, please let us know and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs.
    Any damage or loss will be charged to the original credit card.
  • CANCELLATIONS

    A minimum 90 day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of deposit.
    There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows.

Beautiful, family-friendly villa

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Paradise Vacation Villa. The house is really tastefully decorated--tropical without being over-the-top. And the backyard is absoultely gorgeous. It was so private and lush--and the pool was the perfect temperature.

We had a very busy 14-month-old with us and found the house to be very child-friendly. He couldn't get into too much trouble!

Tom has really outfitted the house thoughtfully and has not cut corners--everything was on the high-end side, from cookware and TVs to bed linens and furniture. It was also immaculately clean. I recommend this house without reservation.

Relaxing Vacation At Paradise Villa

We spent two weeks in the States,the first half being devoted to touring and the second half pure relaxation.
Paradise villa provided just that as the haven for relaxation with which to spend the second week. It is extremely well appointed and, of paramount importance to us, very clean and maintained in perfect order. The owner is an extremely nice person and made us feel very welcome.In summarry highly recomended.
