This comfortable, light and airy self-catering holiday rental is located on a secluded idyllic stretch of the Red Sea. The apartment is ideally situated for access to all the local water sport activities to include sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling and kite boarding. There is an 18 hole golf course and horse riding stable within a short distance. Close to the Abu Tig Marina where you can enjoy a romantic setting with many restaurants offering every type of cuisine imaginable. This quiet location will appeal to all age groups offering perfect relaxing sunshine breaks. The Down Town area offers shopping, a selection of restaurants, casino, cafes, bars and open air discos. Egyptian culture easily accessible via Hurghada airport to Luxor, Cario and Aswan.

I stayed in Steve and Ann's apartment for 5 weeks during July and August 2009. The apartment had all mod cons and was well equipped. Melanie was v helpful and a minor repair that needed doing was sorted out quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be back next summer and would recommend this apartment for long as well as short stays. We had a fabulous extended holiday - thanks!! Arlene X

An Excellent Apartment in an Excellent Location

We spent a week in this apartment during July 2009. From the moment we made initial contact with the owner to the point we left the apartment, it was by far one of the best and easiest to organise holiday experiences I have ever had.

The apartment itself is superb, great location, brilliant pool and lovely neighbours. It is also very clean and well maintained.

A huge plus was that the owner organised our transfers to and from the airport and the owners agent met us on arrival, showing us around the property and giving us tips for the local area.

El Gouna itself is a little paradise; great restaurants, great beaches, great marina, great shops and great snorkelling.

All in all we will definitely be coming back...

A great place for a perfect family vacation!!!

we had rent this lovely appartment for a week time at mid december 2008 ... couldn t look for anymore than what we found... a great confortable appartment with a wonderful garden for kids and lovely almost private pool... very safe for kids and very cozy for us.... the weather was wonderful.. the location of the appartment was great few minites walking from anywhere... all waht we needed was in the apprtment,, very neet and very well clean furnished.. i thanks Steve and Ann for their kindness and lovely support to make our vacation wonderful ....I highly recomend this appartment ... i will certainly come back..!!

Fantastic Apartment

We have been renting properties privately now for the last few years and have had many pleasing experiences, but for overall satisfaction this really does come out in my top five. Steve and Anne went out of their way to make prompt contact with us to confirm our arrangements every step of the way, from our Initial contact upto the return of the deposit cheque they were holding from us. The airport transfers that were arranged for us went like clockwork and when we arrived at the apartment we were greeted by their agent Melanie a lovely person who made us feel really welcome, was a mine of useful information & was always around should we need her (which we did on a couple of occasions). The aparment was fantastic, really comfortable, clean and spacious, and its perectly situated between the marina (roughly a 5 minute walk) & Downtown (about 7 minutes walk) I would recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to going there again in the not too distant future.

es war ein wundervoller und entspannter Urlaub. Eine sehr angenehme voll ausgestattete und wunderschöne Wohung mit direktem pool vor der terasse. alles im allem nur zu empfehlen! jederzeit wieder!
