Surrounded by 2 golf courses, Finca Cortesin where the Volvo World Match Play will take place iin 2009 and Casares Golf Gardens that you can actually walk to. Both resorts have restaurants, bars, club houses and the Finca Resort has exclusive shops, fine dining and leisure facilities. 18 other golf courses within a 15 mins. Situated on the coast with a mountain backdrop, the apartments pools and tropical gardens overlook the Mediterranean. A short walk to the un-spoiled Blue Flag beach at Playa de Casares. Nearby there is a Chiringuito which has fabulous food on the beach, Sabinillas and Puerto Duquesa are a couple of minutes drive and have numerous cafe, bars, shops and restaurants to tempt you. You can visit Gibraltar, Rhoda, Casares, Marbella, Tangiers or just enjoy relaxing by the pool.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are for 4 people. Security deposit of £100 is required for each week of booking.
    Booking Confirmation
    We enter into a contract with you when we issue written confirmation of your booking.
    When you make the booking, you warrant that you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, and will indemnify us against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly, from any act or default by yourself or any person or animal accompanying you.
    Arrival and Departure
    Arrival time on site is between 4.00pm and 10.00pm on the agreed date of arrival, arrivals after 7pm will incur an extra charge of £15. If you are later than agreed you will incur a £10 an hour fee unless you inform us of a new arrival time. Our management company will check for flight delays but it is your responsibility to inform them of your ETA. Your booking ends at 10.30am on the date of departure. Departure time can be extended extra cost must be pre-arranged.
  • Payment
    £100 returnable deposit is required any breakages or wilful damage will be charge for. 25% deposit is required on booking as part payment and the balance six weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

    For bookings via Ebay full payment must be made at the time of the sale.
    For bookings received within six weeks of your holiday start date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
    Non-receipt of the full accommodation charge by the due date may be treated by us as a cancellation of the booking and you will forfeit the total cost of your holiday. The booking will then be subject to the cancellation procedure outlined in Condition 4.
    Cancellation
    Provided the cancellation is received not less than six weeks before the start date of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited. If we receive less than eight weeks' notice, you will be liable to pay the total cost of the holiday.
  • Pricing
    The prices for accommodation are based on holiday start dates and on 4 people sharing the 2 bedroom apartment. Any additional people will be charged for. Please telephone for a quote. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our prices remain unchanged, they may be amended at any time prior to payment of the final balance. In such circumstances, you may cancel your booking by giving notice in writing, by Recorded Delivery, within 14 days of the issue date printed on your invoice, and we will refund all monies paid in respect of the booking.
    Maximum number of Occupants
    The number of people occupying your accommodation must not exceed 4, unless agreed with on booking. Prices are based on 4 people however a bed settee is available for an additional 2 people at extra charge. Any addition people must be agreed at the time of booking. Full details of each occupant must be entered onto the booking form. We reserve the right to charge extra if more occupants

Great relaxing holiday

This apartment is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Apartment well equipped with everything you need. The pool is fab, and never too busy - my kids (aged 9, 7, and 4) were in it from morning untill night! The complex is very peaceful and there is a great restaurant a couple of minutes walk away! Very child friendly aswell! Would definately go back!
