Within a 3- 15 minute drive are 15 other golf courses to choose from. Situated on the coast with a mountain backdrop, the apartments pools and tropical gardens overlook the Mediterranean. A short walk to the un-spoiled Blue Flag beach at Playa de Casares . The a 2 golf courses have clubs houses, with restaurant and bars, both within walking distance, there is a lovely restaurant called La Menora on the Finca Cortesin development next door too. Nearby there is a Chiringuito which has fabulous food overlooking the beach, Sabinillas and Puerto Duquesa are a couple of minutes drive and have numerous cafe, bars, shops and restaurants to tempt you. Notes to the rental rates

• Security deposit of £100 is required for each week of booking.
  Booking Confirmation
  We enter into a contract with you when we issue written confirmation of your booking.
  When you make the booking, you warrant that you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, and will indemnify us against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly, from any act or default by yourself or any person or animal accompanying you.
  Arrival and Departure
  Arrival time on site is between 4.00pm and 10.00pm on the agreed date of arrival, arrivals after 6pm will incur an extra charge of 10Euros. If you are later than agreed you will incur a 10 euro an hour fee unless you inform us of a new arrival time. Our management company will check for flight delays but it is your responsibility to inform them of your ETA. Your booking ends at 10.30am on the date of departure. Departure time can be extended at an extra cost of 15 euros per hour, must be pre-arrange
  
• Payment
  £100 returnable deposit is required any breakages or wilful damage will be charge for. 25% deposit is required on booking as part payment and the balance six weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
  For bookings via Ebay full payment must be made at the time of the sale.
  For bookings received within six weeks of your holiday start date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
  Non-receipt of the full accommodation charge by the due date may be treated by us as a cancellation of the booking and you will forfeit the total cost of your holiday. The booking will then be subject to the cancellation procedure outlined in Condition 4.
  Cancellation
  Provided the cancellation is received not less than six weeks before the start date of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited. If we receive less than eight weeks' notice, you will be liable to pay the total cost of the holiday.
  
• Pricing
  The prices for accommodation are based on holiday start dates and on 4 people sharing the 2 bedroom apartment. Any additional people will be charged for. Please telephone for a quote. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our prices remain unchanged, they may be amended at any time prior to payment of the final balance. In such circumstances, you may cancel your booking by giving notice in writing, by Recorded Delivery, within 14 days of the issue date printed on your invoice, and we will refund all monies paid in respect of the booking.
  Maximum number of Occupants
  The number of people occupying your accommodation must not exceed 4, unless agreed with on booking. Prices are based on 4 people however a bed settee is available for an additional 2 people at extra charge. Any addition people must be agreed at the time of booking. Full details of each occupant must be entered onto the booking form. We reserve the right to charge extra if more occupants

Casares del Sol is THE golfing destination in southern Spain. Easy flights into Malaga or Gibraltar make this one of the most popular resorts for golfing holidays. There are fifteen golf courses within a 3-15 minute drive, 2 courses that you can walk to Casares Golf and Country Club and the Finca Cortesin Golf Resort and six courses others very close to the resort including the Jack Nicklaus Golfing Academy next door which will provide 5* facilities.
