Fantastic house next to the beach and several golf courses
A beautiful sand beach. In the beach you can practice all kind of water sports, there are also showers, volley beach and it is also watched beach with a Red Cross point. The Palamós hospital is at 5min drive. You can find also restaurants nearby the beach too. The villa has a small pelota court in the garden of 3.500 m2 which includes a forest and a private garden which surrounds the house of 150 m., a beautiful view to a palm tree. La Fosca is a sandy beach which belongs to the municipality of Palamós. It is a great summer holiday rental, self-catering. La Fosca belongs to the municipality of Palamós and near Playa de Aro. This fantastic villa has in the first floor 2 double sofa-beds. In the second floor a double bed divided by curtains and a round bath-tub and two bunks. In the third floor you have a very romantic suite of 40 m2 - with a separate bathroom. In the living-room there is a ping-pong.

La Fosca is a beach which belongs to the municipality of Palamós. The house is just by a sandy beach where you can practice all kind of water sports. There are some restaurants nearby too. There is a golf camp within 30 min. by car and a water park too. A modern sailing school and a scuba diving school with official diplomas in Palamos. In Palamós you can also see how the fishing boats arrive at the port and see all the fishes they bring and buy them later in the market. you can visit a fishing museum too.
