Looking for a holiday in Nice, Cannes or Monaco?Located right in the heart of the old town in Nice, right beside the flower market. With the beach two blocks away, flower market, antique market, cafes, restaurants & shopping all within 2min you couldn't find a better location. The apartment is located on the first floor of an old historic building, overlooking the street and fountain of the Palais de Justice. Completely renovated with fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, grill, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. There's a kitchen table with two chairs and the living area has a three seater sofa and DVD player. The sofa can fold out as a double bed. The living room windows open out overlooking the medieval streets in the old town with the sun in the morning and late afternoon. Upstairs is the bedroom with a new double bed, chest of drawers and storage for your clothes. The en suite bathroom is fully tiled with a fitted shower, heated towel rail, sink & WC.

Situated at 15 rue de la Prefecture, one block away from Nice's Cours Saleya Flower & Antique Markets and two blocks from the Promenade des Anglais and Nice beach. Hotel Negresco, Palais de la Mediterranean, Nice port and marina are all within a 10 minute walk. Place Massena is 2 minutes walk away, across the Nice Tram. Shopping is a 5 minute walk away with Galleria Lafayette and Avenue Jean Medican lined with fashion boutiques. Hire a bike in the old town and take in the promenade des Anglais. Take a car, bus or train to Cannes, Antibes, Juan Le Pain or Monaco. All are within 30 mins to 1 hour away. Visit the Cannes film festival, Monaco Grand Prix or spend the night out in Juan le Pain. Go scuba diving off Cannes for the day or spend the evening in the Casino in Monaco. Spend the day in Marineland and Aquasplash park in Antibes, only 15 minute drive or 30 minutes on the local bus. Fancy the day Skiing ? Isola 2000 is 90 mins by car from Nice with skiing from November to April.
