A beautiful front-line golf villa on the prestigious Las Ramblas Golf Complex with un rivalled views over the third green and onto the adjoining country-side. The villa sits on a very large, private south facing plot and has the benefit of a 35ft swimming pool. A beautiful family home where you can totally relax and unwind. In the evening you can barbecue on one of the many terraces or by the pool and watch the spectacular sunsets. Even though the villa is in a tranquil location it is only a five/ten minute drive to all local amenities, two more golf courses and several beautiful sandy beaches.

Situated between three local golf courses, Villamartin Golf, Campoamor Golf and Las Ramblas Golf. Just a short drive to several beautiful sandy beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor, Cabo Roig and just a short drive to the famous Mar Menor. The town of Torrevieja and the shopping mall Habaneras is just a 15 minute drive away. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to the town of Guardamar with its nature reserve. Further along towards Alicante are the famous salt lakes which give this area it's fantastic micro-climate and practically all-year-round sunshine.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A refundable deposit of 299.00€ is required to secure your booking and will be returned in full (provided there has been no damage or theft to the property) within a week of your return home. The prices quoted are per week and not per person. On arrival you will be greeted by our representative to whom you will pay in full for your stay (in Sterling), plus another 60€ (Euros) for laundry and cleaning, if it is a two week stay, then 20€ extra for laundry, which would amount to 80€. Our representative will hand over keys and go through details regarding your holiday home. Within the house you can access a folder which will give you all the information you will need for a fantastic holiday.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful villa. The views from the terraces are spectacular while the interior and pool was beautifully decorated. The owners made my booking a very simple process.
