The Apartment is located on a quiet residential road only 10 mins walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza (see more info below) and only a short 10 min drive to beautiful sandy beaches including La Zenia. The apartment is part of a small development of similar properties set around a lovely communal pool with grassed sunbathing area. The property has two bedrooms (one double, one twin bedroom) and bathroom with shower. The lounge and dining area opens onto a balcony which is great for relaxing. The property is fully furnished to a comfortable standard and the fitted kitchen is fully equipped with mod cons and appliances. The TV receives via satellite main English channels plus a selection of sky channels inc sky. The apartment has high ceilings to the bedrooms and lounge/diner giving a great feeling of space. The pool is located at the bottom of the stairs leading to the apartment.

Established nearly 30 years ago, Villamartin is without a doubt one of the finest golf and residential areas on the whole of the Costa Blanca. Its situated 5 km's from Torreveija town centre and is located close to several blue flag beaches. Popular with golfers and non-golfers alike. Villamartin has numerous shops and dozens of excellent restaurants which creates a great 'buzz' in the warm evenings. The coast (10 minutes drive) has some of the best sand beaches in the area. Villamartin golf course is one of three excellent courses in the area, the others are Campoamor and Las Ramblas.

Great apartment in great location

We spent a long weekend in the apartment and we could not have asked for more, it was clean well manitained, had all the equipment needed and a lovely location. IThe pool was lovely, we especially liked the large balcony for a cold beer/glass of wine after a hard days sun bathing!
The location was great close to the plaza for lovely meals and a few drinks it was just a shame we were not there longer to try all the different restaurants.
We would definitely recommend staying here and I am sure we will be going back.

Apartment was very clean with all the facilities that we required. Was great having the pool on the doorstep and the area was very quiet. Had a great stay at this property and would recommend it....air con would have made it perfect though instead of a fan.

i found these apartments ideal for my stay,the property was very clean and very well set out,it was very easy to book the apartment as we had recieved all the information off the owner via email,which made the whole booking process go very smoothly,when we arrived we found out that the pool was as good as described on the website,i would recommmend this property to my friends especially the golfers as the 3 main courses are only 2mins away in a car and 10 mins walking.Also you are 10 minutes away from villamartin plaza which is great for eating and having a beer or 2,if you like pizza i recommend Ceasers(very nice).
