New to the market in a recently refurbished apartment block, this 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment offers pool and sea views. The apartment benefits: Kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle Lliving room with sofa bed and additional seating Bedroom with good sized wardrobe. Bathroom with bath and seperate WC Large balcony with a dining table with seater for 4. TV/ DVD and Playstion. The apartment block comes with a large pool, visible from the balcony, lift and secure parking. There is a supermarket nearby along with numerous bars and restaurants . There is a large garden outside the apartment block and the beach is a 2min walk. Juan Les Pins/Antibes is a 15 mins walk along the beach. The rental charge includes linen/towels and cleaning charge.

It is 5mins from the main motorway that runs along the coast. Ski resorts are under 2hours drive away offering both skiing and walking in the summer.

Beautiful, tranquil location right beside the beach, short bus ride into Cannes/Antibes, fantastic bus/rail links to Nice, Monaco, €1 bus from Airport stops opposite the apt!! Felt at ease with owner right from the beginning, no nonsense straight forward arrangements, will be recommending the apt to all our friends and family without hesitation :-)

This place is everything you are looking for

My sister and I were looking for a week getaway from busy London, a holiday in the sun but still close to culture (Cannes, Nice), restaurants etc, but away from crowds and screaming kids: this place proved perfect. End of June, there were hardly any tourists there as the season had not yet kicked in. Lovely locals that are used to tourists, the flat is great and clean and close to everything (except for the train station which is a very picturesque 20 min walk away) and it proved to be a perfect holiday all together.

The owners are lovely helpful people and we are definitely returning!

We had a lovely week in this apartment in August. Overlooking the pool, which is a good size and was never overbusy. Apartment is extremely well located near to the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Bus stop right outside the front so travel around the area was easy.

Perfect holiday let

Recently arrived back after a week at this property. The appartment was very clean, tidy, well equiped, good facilities (especially the pool). The appartment is situated in a nice and peaceful position. But has a ten minute walk to the various bars and resturants. I would recommend this property to anyone.
