If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen. Check in is at 2.00pm and check-out is @ 10.00am. There is a left luggage facility available @ St Pancras International for reference where you are able to store your luggage. The opening times are: Monday to Saturday: 6am - 10pm / Sunday: 7am-10pm. The office is located at the end of St Pancras station (the opposite side of the Eurostar terminal) and is at the back of the domestic ticket office.

Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map. Other Activities: Almeida Theatre is in Islington 0.5 miles away plus lots of all cultural facilities in the west end - 10 mins by tube

We stayed in Flat 34 for a week in October 09. Apartment is very clean and very accessible to public transport and Tesco is a short walking distance. Kitchen is fully equipped and free wi fi is provided. Owner does not live on premise but key handing over/return arrangements are very convenient. You have the benefit of two toilets/showers.

Above all, this apartment is a genuine offer as you may be apprehensive with internet fraud since full payment is required prior to arrival.

This apartment is a good alternative to staying in a hotel especially for those who need more than one bedroom and want some kitchen facilities. Flat was clean and very convenient to King's Cross tube and rail station (5 min walk). Tesco grocery store one block away also very convenient. Although not in the "tourist" section of London, quite good location for sightseeing because of central location and proximity to underground.

A couple of suggested improvements for the property are:
1) add dishwasher to kitchen
2) Cable/satellite TV reception was poor and not working for most of stay as it would have been nice to be able to watch an hour or two after a hard day of touring.
Owner's Response: We appreciate Mark’s comments, though unfortunately I’m afraid there just isn’t enough space in the kitchen to house both a washing machine and dishwasher.

We have had no problems before now with the new digital television, and found on their departure that the setting had been changed from digital to analogue – if we had been made aware of this at the time this could have been remedied very simply over the telephone using the TV remote handset. We are sorry this occurred and wished we had been informed so that their stay in our apartment was not compromised in any way.

a very nice and very clean apartment. Near of St Pancreas station, very good located. M Dewck and his daughter are very sympatic and give many informations to visit London. No hesitation to rent this apartment.

Just perfect for our wedding weekend

We rented the 2 flats in 36 to house our families during our wedding weekend, as our marriage was in Islington and our reception at the London Canal Museum, which is about 3 minutes walk away. The flats were just perfect, very well presented and in a great location.

Debbie and Ray who own the flats were very helpful throughout our stay and incredibly accommodating to our needs, we would like to really thank them.

The location is great, as it really is only a 5-10 minute walk to Kings Cross and St Pancras, the street is quiet (for central London!) and opposite a great pub (which isn't noisy), which has a very friendly clientele and fab beers. The flat is only a 5 minute walk from the Regents canal too, which you can walk along to Camden and on to London Zoo and Regents park.

The flats are lovely and would make a great base for visiting London - you don't need to get married to think they're great!
