Located near the lovely village of Vidauban and the medieval town of Les Arcs, this alluring contemporary villa is only a short drive away from St. Tropez and the Mediterranean coast. The house lies at the end of a dead-end street in a lovely, quiet area with beautiful views. The property is about 2,600 m2. Everything in the 130-m2 house is brand new, including the kitchen and the bathrooms. When the house was designed, the owner made sure it would have plenty of open space and light. This is the perfect place for a family holiday—the ideal place to relax and enjoy yourself.

Les Arcs is surrounded by vineyards, perched medieval villages with Chateus. It is close to St. Tropez and St. Maxime. It is a perfect situation for visits to the beach, the mountains and of course to do wine tasting trips. The village of Les Arcs offers you the typical French village with good restaurants, cafés, bakeries, butchers and the local boule tournaments. Vidauban close by is a lovely town with good restaurants and good shopping.

  • When booking the villa we ask for a 30% deposit to hold the property.
    The final payment needs to be made 6 weeks before your arrival with an additional 25% refundable deposit which will be returned when the villa is left in good standing.
  • The price includes cleaning and linen and towels. If you should stay more than a week we will clean the house after a week and change the linen and towels.
