• The rate shown is for 4 people, for each additional guest add 15 euros. Stays of 7 nights get 1 night free. A deposit of 60 euro should be paid in advance for reservation of the apartment. This can be paid through bank transfer or through paypal. The deposit is refundable (minus transfer charges)if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date. Taxi transfer can be organised. The above rates incl all cleaning and linen, nothing extra to pay.The remaining sum should be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment. The option of payment by credit card will also be possible but with a surcharge of 2%.Payment in other currencies other than the one shown will also be considered. PLEASE NOTE this is a rental DIRECTLY through OWNER, a native-English speaker from London based in Prague. We are NOT an AGENCY and so you can enjoy better quality accommodation for a lower price.

Great Pick

I rented this unit along with 3 other coworkers in mid-may. It was a great choice. IIam (owner) was very active in assuring we had everything we needed and was also extremely helpful in follow up to our questions prior to arrival. He made taxi arrangements for us from the airport and met us at the unit. He rushed to get the unit cleaned and turned around so that we would be able to checkin a few hours early which was helpful. The unit looks exactly like the pictures which is not always the case when renting vacation properties. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a fair price, lots of room, and a good location.

New Year in Prague 09

What a fantastic place to stay, would highly reccommend.
Me and my friend stayed in this apartment over the festive new year 09 and honestly couldnt fault this place. The location is excellent, local amenities within walking distance and everything you need is right there. The host Ilan is very approachable, friendly and would do anything for you. We as a group would definately stay in this apartment again.

This place is HUGE.

Pictures don't do it justice. Should add a layout diagram to the description to indicate the size and comfort. Very spacious. Clean, bright; great neighborhood. Everything as advertised. Ilan met us at the apartment, helped with parking, very helpful, you can tell he does this for income and positive feedback, not a hobby. Restaurant "City" directly across the street served excellent food, reasonable prices, very welcoming. We ended up eating 3 dinners in 5 days with them.

A dekightful apartmen

This property is perfect for a large family. It is as described: elegant, comfortable, and an excellent location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits Prague. The owner is very helpful, and the apartment well equipped.

Excellent stay in Prage - February 2009

2 couples of french people with 6 teenages staid in this flat in February 2009 during one week (14-02 to 21-02-2009).

About the apartment every things were in line with the containt of the site and it was clean, well-maintained and easily to live with 10 people. Ilian provided us very good custmer services and advises.

For us it lacked a dish machine but it was not a problem.

We have and we recommend this property to a friend and if we will comeback to Prague we would like to return in this apartment.
